A Proprietary manufacturing process, combining fiberglass, Durock cement board, adhesive and tile has several advantages over acrylic or gunite construction. Over ten years of experience have garnered Galaxy the IAMPO, the pool manufacturers organization, City of Los Angeles and Commercial spas approvals and FDA recognition. Galaxy uses only UL listed electric and NSA hydrotherapy components. The Galaxy pool can be made in virtually any size or configuration, providing the clinician with the ideal working conditions for their particular space and patient load. Varying depths, viewing windows, seated whirlpool areas, and angled plyometic boards can all be incorporated into the pool design. The pool can be equipped with a 5 horse power axial flow pump capable of impelling the most aggressive swimmer, to a low flow diverter valve system ,allowing moderate exercise against a current flow. The Swim Gym current generator can produce a current from 0 to 8 MPH.

The prefabricated all tile construction and multi-layer composition result in a superior heat retention (approximately R-16 insulation factor) and extraordinary longevity. The 10 year structural and 2 year tile adhesion warranty attest to this feature. The Galaxy Pools are not subject to warping or delamination, so common in acrylic pools , and are constructed without rebar, which can rust through and stain plaster or gunite pools. In addition to our prefabricated pools, Galaxy has recently introduced the modular Rehab pool.

Designed in sections, this pool can be delivered through a standard doorway and assembled in existing facilities.
